By accessing or using siono.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is provided by Zafronix LLC, a Wyoming corporation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

siono is a web-based platform for creating and sharing quick polls and decisions. Users can create polls/decisions, share them via links, and collect responses from others without requiring registration.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Create polls or decisions containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or explicit content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Spam or bulk-create polls for unsolicited purposes
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse controls
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure

4. Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create on siono, including questions, options, comments, and votes. By creating content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Public Content

Polls and decisions shared via links are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential data, or private details in your polls or decisions. You acknowledge that shared content may be viewed by unintended recipients.

6. No Account Required

The Service does not require account registration. Identity is managed through browser cookies and display names. You understand that:

• Display names are not verified or unique
• Clearing your browser cookies will reset your identity on the platform
• We cannot recover your history if cookies are cleared

7. Rate Limits & Abuse Prevention

We implement rate limits on poll/decision creation and voting to prevent abuse. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party APIs (Google Maps, ip-api.com) for location and analytics features. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Data stored on the platform may be lost or deleted without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zafronix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
