By accessing or using siono.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is provided by Zafronix LLC, a Wyoming corporation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
siono is a web-based platform for creating and sharing quick polls and decisions. Users can create polls/decisions, share them via links, and collect responses from others without requiring registration.

You are solely responsible for the content you create on siono, including questions, options, comments, and votes. By creating content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
Reporting infringing or unlawful content. siono is a user-generated-content platform. Polls, options, comments, and voter-added options are submitted by users — siono does not pre-moderate every submission. We respond to good-faith reports of content that:
To report content, email support@zafronix.com with: (1) the URL of the offending poll/decision/comment, (2) a description of the issue, (3) for copyright claims, the work being infringed and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We aim to review reports within 5 business days. Confirmed violations are removed; the original submitter is notified and may dispute. As a good-faith intermediary under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act), siono is not liable for user-submitted content but acts in good faith on credible reports.
Polls and decisions shared via links are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential data, or private details in your polls or decisions. You acknowledge that shared content may be viewed by unintended recipients.
The Service does not require account registration. Identity is managed through browser cookies and display names. You understand that:
We implement rate limits on poll/decision creation and voting to prevent abuse. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.
The Service uses third-party APIs (Google Maps, Yelp Fusion, ip-api.com) for location, business data, and analytics features, and Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google AdSense for measurement and advertising. Business listings, ratings, photos, and related information displayed in the Service are provided by Yelp, Inc. and are subject to the Yelp Terms of Service. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. What each service collects, and which of them are gated behind your cookie consent, is described in our Privacy Policy.
siono participates in affiliate programs including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, the Expedia Group Travel Creator program (via Impact / Partnerize), and Ticketmaster. When you click certain outbound links in the Service — typically presented after a poll or decision has been cast on your own device — we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These links are marked with a subtle icon (such as 🛒) and an inline disclosure that clicking them may benefit siono.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Your purchase price is not affected by our participation in affiliate programs.
Yelp business links shown in the Service are provided via the Yelp Fusion API to help you evaluate options. siono does not earn commissions from Yelp clicks; Yelp data is shown to improve your decision-making experience.
siono carries two kinds of commercial placements, and both are labeled where they appear.
Direct sponsorships are sold and served by us and are marked “Sponsored” or “Presented by”. They set no third-party advertising cookies. A sponsor pays for placement only — sponsorship never influences poll results, option ordering, or vote counts, and we do not share your poll content, comments, or email address with sponsors.
Display advertising is provided by Google AdSense. These ads are third-party and cookie-based and load only after you accept marketing cookies. Display ads are not currently served on siono.
In both cases we do not place commercial content between a question and its answer options, inside the poll or decision voting flow, on the create page, or on any dashboard or account page. A placement appearing beside a poll is not an endorsement by the poll’s creator or its voters.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Data stored on the platform may be lost or deleted without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zafronix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
