A free, no-signup alternative to Mentimeter for live polls
If you use Mentimeter to poll a room, siono runs a live poll your audience answers from their phones through one shared link — free, and no account for anyone responding.
Free · no accounts · share the link and responses land live
What siono gives you
- Ask a question and share one link; people answer in seconds
- Results update live as responses come in
- A QR code so a room can vote in person
- No app install and no account for responders
What Mentimeter is known for
Mentimeter does more than siono in its area — here’s where it specializes:
- Polls, word clouds, scales, rankings and timed quizzes embedded inside presentation slides
- Live word clouds that grow as people respond
- Upvotable audience Q&A and post-session analytics
When Mentimeter is the better fit
Mentimeter fits better when you want interactive visuals (word clouds, quizzes, polls) built into a slide deck you present — siono is not a presentation tool.
If instead you want a free, no-signup way for a group to decide — one link, anonymous replies, live results — siono is the lighter option.
